If you've received the Safe Harbor quest in Arc Raiders, that means you've made some meaningful progress in the Riven Tides questline. You're not quite done yet, though, so let's find some clues and report back to Tian Wen in one piece.
For Safe Harbor, it's best if you bring in an augment that has a safe pocket, as you'll encounter an item at the end of the quest that you'll be required to extract with. If you die or drop this item before extracting, you'll be forced to restart the entire quest on your next raid, so it's better to be safe than sorry.
When you're ready to jump into Safe Harbor, follow the steps below.
Find the clue left by the restaurant kitchen staff
The first step of the quest asks you to visit the kitchen and find a clue. The kitchen is located in Hotel Panorama Azzurro on the western side of the map.
Approach the hotel from the south.
Enter the building, then immediately turn right and spot a zipline going up.
Take the zipline up, but jump off at the second-to-last floor. Afterward, take another immediate right from the zipline. On your right here is the kitchen.
Take a photo here to complete this part of the quest.
Next, you'll be searching for a sketch.
Find the area portrayed in the sketch
Next, head south to the Tennis Court POI. It's not far from the hotel, luckily.
When you arrive, walk along the outer rim of the left side of the courts for your quest to update and tell you to dig up the buried part.
Dig up the buried part
The buried part is located in the sandy area just beside the Tennis Court, as pictured on the map in the step above.
Simply interact with the prompt to dig it up, which will automatically cause you to loot the Precision Gimbal. If you have a safe pocket, toss the Precision Gimbal in it immediately, as you'll need to extract with this.
Deliver the Precision Gimbal to Tian Wen
All that's left to do now is return to Tian Wen with the Precision Gimbal. Hopefully, you have a safe pocket, as losing the Precision Gimbal will require you to redo the quest on your next raid.
